Do you provide custom gifting solutions?

Absolutely! While our main offering is pre-curated gifting options to celebrate your employee’s personal and professional milestones, we are happy to engage with customers for completely unique and custom gifting solutions beyond that as well - including corporate or client gifting or just about anything else you could imagine. Minimum box orders may apply. Contact us to discuss options.

I don’t see a box to celebrate an employee milestone I’d like to mark, can you put one together anyway?

We’d love to hear from you to make sure we can build a better product catalogue as we expand! If you don’t see a gifting solution for the milestone your hoping to mark, please contact us and we’ll work out a gift you’ll be proud to give.

Do you offer any volume discounts?

We are always happy to discuss discounted rates for orders of 10 boxes or more at a time. Contact Us to let us know which featured boxes you are interested in and get details.

I’m placing a bulk order for more than 10 gift boxes of one type, do I have to pay shipping rates on each one if sending to a single address?

If you’re going to order more than 10 boxes to a single address, within the GTA, we’ll be happy to waive the individual shipping fee on each item and deliver them for a flat fee of $30. The check out on our online store will automatically update to offer the reduced shipping rate when you have 10 or more boxes of one type in your cart. 

Members of my staff have food allergies, can I swap our individual items from pre-curated gift boxes to accommodate for this?

Yes. We’d love to make sure you gift gives your team will adore, and we’ll be happy to swap out individual items as needed. Please Contact Us with specifications on which box and what items and we’ll be happy to find some alternatives that might be more suitable, or we can help you curate a totally custom gifting solution!

Can you ship my BonBox order directly to my employee’s home, or customer’s office?

Definitely. Just ensure you include the intended receivers name and shipping information when you place your order and we’ll be happy to ensure that they get their BonBox sent straight to their home. Individual shipping rates apply when you ship directly to employees or customers. 

Are all the products in every BonBox made in Canada?

No. While we make great efforts to source primarily local or national Canadian makers and try to support Canadian producers and manufacturers, it’s not always the case that every item in a BonBox box will be produced or made in Canada. We do include and feature high quality products we think you’ll love from US or International makers in our gift boxes.
